Can I get a proof or sample?
Yes. Digital proof included (artwork); physical sample optional (adds time/cost).
Design & Files
How do I send my logo?
SVG or high-res PNG is ideal. Share a Drive/Dropbox link in the form or do it by email —we adapt your logo for engraving.
What sizes/finishes are available?
12 mm or 16 mm; squared or rounded edges; matte/gloss, solid/translucent, hand-swirled; separate inlay & logo colors. Much more also available! Let us know your idea!
How exact are colors & swirls?
We match your refs as closely as possible. Hand-swirled resin has slight natural variation.
Pricing & Payment
How much does it cost?
Depends on quantity and finish; no-obligation quote with a clear breakdown. (Typical projects from ~€300 no VAT included.)
How do I pay / VAT invoices?
Payment by bank transfer (wire). Payment instructions are included in your quote and production starts after funds are received. Invoices (VAT-compliant) are provided when asked for.

You must own or have permission to use the artwork. We can’t produce third-party brands without authorization.
Are custom orders eligible for returns?
Custom items are made to order, so returns aren’t possible unless there’s an issue—we’ll make it right.
