Important Notice
During busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and other major promotions, processing and delivery times may take longer than usual due to increased order volume and carrier delays.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.
Please note that shipments do not include insurance by default.

If shipping insurance is not selected, TYCKA DICE cannot guarantee compensation in case of loss or damage beyond what is covered by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- destination country
- selected shipping method
- total order weight
Flat-rate options may be available for certain regions, and express upgrades can be selected during checkout when applicable.
For certain destinations (such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or remote international areas), additional charges or longer transit times may apply.
Shipping to the United States
Due to specific import regulations and customs requirements, orders shipped to the United States are subject to the following conditions:
- Shipping is handled exclusively via DHL Express
- A flat shipping rate of $50 applies
- A minimum order value of $50 is required
These measures help ensure reliable delivery and proper customs handling.
Processing Times
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note that during peak seasons, order preparation may take slightly longer than usual.
Processing time and shipping time are separate. Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the date of purchase.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method:
- Spain (mainland): usually 2–5 business days
- European Union & United Kingdom: usually 4–7 business days
- Rest of the world: usually 8–15 business days
Express shipping options may be available for faster delivery.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes provided by carriers and may vary due to customs clearance or other factors beyond our control.
Tracking & Updates
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.
You can follow your parcel’s progress using the link provided.
Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, TYCKA DICE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct and that someone is available to receive the shipment.
Failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges.
Damaged, Lost, or Returned Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery at info@tyckadice.com, including clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges:
- are determined by local authorities
- are not included in our product or shipping prices
- must be paid by the customer
TYCKA DICE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
