Refund and Return Policy

1. Custom and personalized products

Due to the nature of our products, most items sold on TYCKA DICE are custom-made or personalized.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has started.

However, if a custom product arrives defective or incorrect, please refer to section 3.

These products are created specifically according to customer specifications and are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer laws.

Minor variations in color, finish, or details are inherent to handmade/custom products and do not constitute defects.


2. Non-custom products

If a product is not personalized, you may request a return within 14 days of reception of the package, according to the 14-day right of withdrawal.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 


3. Defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective or damaged, so that we may evaluate the issue and make a claim with the carrier.

If you receive a product that is:

  • defective
  • damaged
  • or incorrect

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@tyckadice.com, including clear photos of the issue and packaging.


After review, we will:

  • offer a replacement, or
  • issue a refund where appropriate


4. Return process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at info@tyckadice.com
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  3. Ship the item using a trackable method

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear

 

6. Important notes

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders in case of stock issues or supply delays
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above
