5. Custom and Personalized Products
Many products sold on TYCKA DICE are custom-made or personalized.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Custom products are made according to your specifications
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
- Custom products are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or error
Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance are inherent to handmade or custom products and do not constitute defects.
Once the customer approves a digital proof or design specification via email or the website, TYCKA DICE is not responsible for errors in the design that were present in the approved proof.
In accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal (14-day return period) does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Unless otherwise stated, prices include Spanish VAT at the prevailing rate. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
